Terms and Conditions

  1. The Entry Form forms part of the terms and conditions of entry and entry implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Entry is open to all Australian residents, other than employees and families of the Promoter and their associated agencies.
  2. Enter by telling us in 25 words or less "Why you and your mamma would like to win a trip to Greece" and submitting your entry via the online competition form at www.getmusic.com.au, by following the directions provided. The Promoter will not be responsible for any entries which are lost, damaged, or illegible, which fail to arrive by the closing date, or which are affected in any way by the malfunction of e-mail programs or servers. All entries will become the property of the Promoter.
  3. The competition commences 5/7/2008 and closes 5pm, 25/11/2008.
  4. The most creative answer will win the major prize prize includes: two return economy airfares from the winner's capital city to Mykonos, Greece, 4 nights twin share accommodation in Mykonos, Greece, 1 x transfers from airport to hotel in Mykonos, Greece, 1 x transfers from hotel to airport in Mykonos, Greece and a one year supply of Universal Music Australia CDs valued at $500. Total value of the major prize is approximately $10,000. All expenses including food and beverages, transport to and from the winner's home in Australia to the closest capital city in Australia and ancillary costs will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is to provide their own insurance. 10 runners up will each win 100 Universal Music CDs. Each runner up prize is valued at approximately $250. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted.
  5. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the prize value between the date of publication and the date the prize is taken. The major prize is subject to availability of flights and must be taken by 4 September 2009.
  6. The Prizes will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. Each entry will be judged on creative merit. Chance plays no part in the determination of the winners. The Prize winners will be determined on 26/11/2008 at Universal Music Australia, 3 Munn Reserve, Millers Point NSW 2000. The judge's decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by phone and the winners' names will be placed on the website (www.getmusic.com.au) on 28/11/08. If the major prize winner is under 18 years of age, that winner must take as the second person a parent or guardian who will assume all responsibility for the child for the duration of the prize winning trip and provide in writing to the Promoter prior to the trip, confirmation that the parent or guardian will assume all responsibility for the winner
  7. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way if the performance of its obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by any reason of any Act of God, war, fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other cause.
